My responsibilies revolve around collection of all compliant documents and processing them to a lender for underwriting. When a loan has gone through complete underwriting and has received a clear to close by a lender it is my responsibilty to schedule the place and time to close. I am a key support between all lenders, attorney's, appraisers and other support people to make sure the loans close fast and easy.
